Overview: Schools of the Sacred Heart is seeking an Advancement Director whose chief responsibility will be to work within the scope of the Goals and Criteria of Sacred Heart Schools to support the educational mission of Schools of the Sacred Heart at Grand Coteau.
Duties/Responsibilities: The primary focus of this position is the school’s development and advancement efforts. More specifically, these responsibilities include: the strategic development and implementation of the school’s comprehensive capital campaign and annual giving program; successfully working with the trustees and key volunteer leadership; overseeing the school’s alumnae/i relations program; managing the production of  the school’s publications and marketing initiatives; supervising the implementation of the school’s fundraising and stewardship events; and overseeing the organization of the school’s constituency data. As a leader and supervisor, the Director will oversee and strengthen the Advancement Office personnel and ensure the overall positive direction of the office. The director will be a member of the administration and will report directly to the headmistress. This is a full-time, 12-month position.
